Hospitality
is human.
The admin isn't.
We build AI agents that answer your guests, take bookings and keep the admin moving, day and night, in whatever language the guest writes in. They plug into the systems you already use.
Tap to react · drag to move him · double-tap to fold · triple-tap for a game
Running a hotel is a people job. Answering the same question forty times a day is not. We build the agents that take the forty, so your team can look up from the screen.
Agents for the jobs that eat your day.
Guest messages, phone bookings, rate changes and the copy-paste between systems. Each one built around how your property already runs, for hotels, resorts, campsites, holiday parks and tour operators.
Guest messages, answered
Email, chat, SMS and WhatsApp. The agent reads the question, checks availability or the house rules, and replies properly, in the guest’s language, at 2am as well as 2pm.
- Replies in the guest’s language
- Checks live availability
- Hands off to a person when it should
Phone bookings, taken
A voice agent that picks up every call, quotes the right rate, takes the details and puts the booking straight into your PMS. No hold music, no voicemail.
- Picks up every call
- Books into your PMS
- Changes and cancellations too
Rates that follow demand
Pricing that moves with demand, the season and what the competition charges. Built for campsites and holiday parks. You pay only when it earns you more.
- Watches demand and competitors
- Adjusts daily
- Paid on results
Your systems, talking to each other

Meet Cara.
The concierge in every guest’s pocket.
A white-label concierge guests open with one scan. It is running today at Casa Cascais in Portugal.
Scan
One QR code at check-in. Guests land in your branded concierge on their own phone, in their language. Nothing to download.
Ask
Guests write the way they would talk to a person: “somewhere quiet for dinner tomorrow”. Cara finds it and books it.
Plan
A day-by-day itinerary built from your venues and partners. Guests swap anything with a tap and Cara redraws the plan.
Come back
Quests, a daily spin and a shared feed give guests a reason to return, without anyone on your team running it.
The problem, in numbers.
None of these are ours. They are the figures the industry keeps quoting, and the reasons owners call us.
of travellers prefer to book in their own language
CSA Research asked 8,709 consumers across 29 countries. Four in ten will not buy from a site in another language at all.

Nearly two thirds of hotels surveyed in January 2025 were short-staffed. Front desk was the second hardest job to fill.

Messaging and phone agents only, with our starting assumptions. The full calculator lets you change every one of them.
Drag a number, or click it and type
Guests send us around messages a day, and the phone rings about times. An hour of our time costs £ all in.
Add your rooms and rates there, switch pricing and integrations on, and change any assumption.
One workflow first. Then the rest.
We start with a pilot: one painful job, automated and measured, before you commit to anything bigger.
Look
We sit with your team and map how things really get done, then pick the job with the fastest payback.
Map
We write the process down properly: where messages pile up, what gets retyped, which hours leak every week.
Build
The agent goes live, connected to your PMS, booking engine, inbox and channels.
Tune
We watch every conversation and correction. The agent gets better each week, and we tell you what changed.
Built for your property
Shaped to your workflows and your guests. No off-the-shelf package.
Live in weeks
A simple chatbot in two to three weeks. A full set of agents in eight to sixteen.
Careful with data
AES-256 encryption, GDPR compliance, role-based access and regular audits. We never sell guest data.
Only hospitality
Hotels, resorts, campsites, holiday parks, DMCs and tour operators. Nothing else.
What does Jengu do?
We build and run AI agents for hotels and tourism businesses. They handle guest messages across chat, email, SMS, WhatsApp and phone, take and change bookings, do the admin around them, and flag the things that deserve a person’s attention, like a booking that looks likely to cancel.
How long does setup take?
It depends what we are building. A simple chatbot goes live in two to three weeks, an email agent in three to four, custom software in six to twelve, and a full set of agents in eight to sixteen. Most clients feel the difference in the first month.
Do the agents replace our staff?
No. They take the repetitive work so your people have time for the guests in front of them and for the decisions that need judgement.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
Every agent has limits we set with you during setup. Anything it is unsure about goes to a person, and it learns from the corrections. We test it hard before it ever talks to a real guest.
Which systems do you work with?
Anything with an API. PMS platforms like Opera, Mews and Cloudbeds, booking engines and OTAs like Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb, CRMs, payment providers and channel managers. Where there is no API, we build the connector.
Is guest data safe with you?
Yes. AES-256 encryption, GDPR compliance, secure API connections, role-based access and regular audits. We do not share or sell guest data.
Let the inbox run itself for a month.
Guests answered, bookings confirmed, problems caught overnight. One workflow, measured, and no commitment beyond that.
